So I've looked over the recomp a little more closely... and a quick addendum... technically I will start on the 29th (sunday), so the workouts will be mon-fri for the 3 weeks.
Second, this program involves fasts, and very close diet monitoring. Although I understand this is a huge component of the program, I personally feel I need to focus more on the workouts this time around, and continue to eat healthy (mostly vegetables and protein), so I won't be overly strict with the diet components, but I will cut sweets, etc.
(I did this with Decembulk and still got awesome results, so I'm confident)

21 Day (bodyweight) Body Recomp
Wednesday, 25 March 2015
We Start Monday...
Well I guess it's been too long since I got serious enough about making a change in my fitness.
Probably since Decembulk actually (see www.tylerallengetshuge.blogspot.com).
So when Jason Maxwell from jmaxfitness.com sent out today's email, basically outlining how he created an entire exercise program for me, I figured this is some decent motivation.
On Monday, March 30th, I will start the 21 day body recomp - bodyweight version. I will do a full workout program, at home, with basically no equipment... I'm blogging about it for similar reasons I did in the past - to help me stick to it, and to outline the ups and downs.
For those who don't know me, I am a second year MSc Physiotherapy student (I will be a PT come September 2015). For those of you who don't know PT school, it's a shitload of work... maybe a fuckload of work, not sure the difference, but whichever is more, it's that one. I'm also studying for my licensing exams, so pressure is on Jason's program (again) to help me get fit in a short period of time with limited resources (btw, PT school also costs >$10 grand a year)...
Lastly, I'm going to Las Vegas at the end of April - it's hot there, I will have my shirt off at times, and I want to be proud of that.
I'll post some before pictures this weekend if I remember...
